Women in Pursuit is an annual conference in the Great Northwest, hosted by Rebecca Sundholm, Megan Rauschert and the WIP team from New Creation Church. In 2025, you'll breaking new ground as you experience the life-changing presence of God, transformative ministry time, insightful teachings, and powerful worship alongside women of all ages and backgrounds. For 3 nights and 2 full days, you'll be encouraged and empowered to break through barriers and find true freedom in Christ. Join us in Hillsboro, Oregon, on May 21-23, 2025, as we embark on this groundbreaking journey together.

 
 

Jen Tringale is an internationally known speaker, author, and strategist on awakening destiny. She is known for her integration of purpose, innovation, faith, and spirituality. Her messaging reaches across cultures and vocations to unlock the purpose and potential within individuals, organizations, cities, and nations.

Her reach includes a robust international speaking schedule, her books “Your Defining Moment” and “Calling,” and a podcast that opened in iTunes’ Top 40 charts with an audience of over 120,000 listeners in more than fifty nations.

Her international influence includes meetings with Heads of State, Cabinet Members, the U.S. Embassy, and State Department representatives. In 2016, she hosted a history-making, nation-wide women’s conference in Grenada. It was the first of its kind, with thousands in attendance, including dignitaries and prominent leaders.

After over twenty years of ministry, Jen is positioned as a leading voice in the current generation, communicating with clarity, boldness, and passion on divine destiny and bringing Jesus Christ into culture.

Jen is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College, and is originally from Florence, KY. She embraces both her southern roots and Italian heritage, and now resides in Nashville, TN.

Pastor Rebecca Sundholm is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and co-founder of New Creation Church in Hillsboro, Oregon. She and her husband, Pastor Rod Sundholm have pastored since 1990.

She has been called to lead and build women up, as well as help them to rise to their full potential in Christ.

Driven by a strong sense of purpose, she passionately preaches, motivates, and exhorts women to walk in victory and honor God. Pastor Rebecca is deeply passionate about prayer and the Holy Spirit, carrying a tangible anointing that inspires others toward their God-given destiny. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family.

Megan Rauschert is a dynamic leader for both women and teens. She serves as Worship Pastor at New Creation Church in Hillsboro, Oregon. Alongside her husband, Nate, they lead the New Creation Youth, supporting their mission to cultivate a generation of young people unashamed of Christ.

Called to ministry from birth, Megan is anointed to lead by example and truth. Her engaging, down-to-earth teaching style empowers women to follow God wholeheartedly. Megan and Nate are parents to two beautiful daughters, Sydnee and Kynzee.

Is there an age limit?                                                                                                                                  

Women and girls grades 6 and up are welcome. 

Are there assigned seats?

If you register with a group of 10 or more, you will have a reserved section. Otherwise, there will be open seating.

Do I need to register to get into the conference?

Yes, everyone must register to attend the conference.

Will any meals be served at the conference?

Meals are on your own and not provided at the conference.

Will the church have any meals available for purchase?

No, however, there are several restaurants close to the church. Get a listing here.

Will childcare be offered?

There is no childcare. This event is for women and pre-teens, grades 6 and up. We encourage our mamas to get away and spend some time hearing from God and be re-energized. Therefore, we ask that you make other plans for your children while you attend the conference. However, we understand that some mothers may need to bring their young infants. We have a nursing mother's room for your convenience.

What is the dress Attire?

Business casual, but you can come as you are! You'll find most of us in jeans and dressy tops.
